Nancy Reece is a senior consultant and a master trainer & coach. She believes that the strengths that get you to your place of success may hinder your ability to advance and continue on the path of success. Therefore, professionals need to develop complimentary skills as they advance in their careers or take on new challenges. Failure to do so may result in career derailment. Nancy will share her insights and personal experiences on how to overcome your strengths.
Nancy Reece brings great depth of experience in the field of leadership development, coaching and consulting. Prior to joining the Human Capital Group, Nancy served as Senior VP for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Nancy's career includes service as national consultant for YMCA of the USA, where she provided management support, coaching and leadership development services to YMCA leaders in the United States. During her tenure, she partnered with numerous boards of directors to facilitate the recruitment of Chief Executive Officers. Nancy was the first woman elected national Board Chair of the Association of YMCA professionals in it's 130 year history.
Nancy is a master trainer, certified coach and highly requested speaker with several national and international conferences in her portfolio. She designs interactive and practical workshops in the areas of acquiring, developing and retaining talent, leading with integrity, and making talent a strategic priority. her workshop on "The Dichotomy of Power" has won rave reviews and studies the different forms of power which today's leaders are called on to utilize in the marketplace. Nancy is the founder of white Stone Teaching Ministries and is also a talented author, serving as co-author and co-editor of the book.
